libmapcache1 software package provides tile caching server - shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmapcache1
libmapcache1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmapcache1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmapcache1 *
You will get with libmapcache1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
